A Preview Membership is an optional $5 monthly subscription that gives you access to listing information for what’s coming in each edit.

Subscribers receive a view-only preview list via email, outlining all items scheduled to go live. You can be informed ahead of time and be ready to shop!

What's Included?

12 hours before each edit, you’ll receive an email with access to a private, view-only preview document that includes:

- Brand and style names
- Size
- Sizing notes (where relevant)
- Condition details
- Inclusions
- Listing price
Important to Know

This membership is not early access or priority purchasing.

All items go live during the edit and are available to everyone on a first-in, best-dressed basis.

The preview simply provides information ahead of time.

This optional subscription helps support the ongoing running of Green Wardrobe while allowing us to:

- Keep consignment rates competitive
- Bring in more quality stock
- Continue investing in how items are presented and sold

Shipping within Australia

All items are sent via Australia Post and tracking details will automatically be sent to your email once dispatched. Please allow for 1 – 2 business days to process your order.

Regular

Standard shipping 2-7 business days - $12.00
Express shipping 1-3 business days - $17.00

Signature on Delivery

Add signature on delivery for $2.95

Combined Shipping for Multiple Orders

If you require postage for multiple orders placed within 24 hours, pay for shipping on your first order and on your second order select 'Pickup in store'. Your combined order will be shipped according to the method selected on your first order.


Collection in Brisbane 

You may collect from our showroom in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Simply select this option at the checkout! You will be sent the address once your order is processed. 

Shipping Internationally

All items are sent via DHL Express and tracking details will automatically be sent to your email once dispatched. Please allow for 1 – 2 business days to process your order.

New Zealand

Express shipping 2-4 business days - $49 AUD

Other Countries

Express shipping 2-8 business days - $79 AUD

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, GST, or additional import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to Green Wardrobe due to unpaid charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Shipments may be subject to delays outside our control, including customs clearance, local courier networks, or remote delivery locations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on potential duties and taxes before placing an order, as Green Wardrobe cannot advise or estimate these costs.


Returns 

All sales are final, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are inspecting any photos or videos carefully, as well as reading the item description. If an item is faulty, please contact us via email at info@greenwardrobe.com.au.
