To prepare for your submission, take a photo of each item you would like to sell to attach to the form.

Rates are tiered based on the final listing price of each item — the more valuable your piece, the higher your share.

A brand may be eligible, but it does not mean we take every item from that brand. Please do not be offended if we do not select some/any of your pieces.

At Green Wardrobe, we understand that authenticity is of the utmost importance when it comes to luxury fashion. That's why we take great care in ensuring that every item we sell is genuine.

Every piece is meticulously inspected in person by our experienced team before it's listed. Alongside this inspection, each designer item comes with its own supporting documentation — an authentication certificate, the original receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Where an authentication certificate applies, it's issued through one of our trusted partners: Entrupy, a cutting-edge technology that uses AI and machine learning to authenticate luxury handbags and accessories with precision; Luxury Authentication Australia, one of the region's trusted authentication specialists; or Legit Grails.

Our reputation is our number one priority, and we're dedicated to maintaining the trust of both our sellers and buyers. You can shop with confidence, knowing that every item in our collection has been genuinely inspected and documented.

We offer Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and direct Bank Deposit.

Green Wardrobe offers 6-week payment plans for all items priced over $1,000.

Simply select the ‘Payment Plan’ option when adding to cart.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the checkout (plus shipping). The item is kept by Green Wardrobe until the balance is paid in full.

Summary:
1. Initial purchase date - 25% of total PLUS shipping costs
2. Two weeks after purchase date - 25% due
3. Four weeks after purchase date - 25% due
4. Six weeks after purchase date - final 25% due

If you decide to cancel the payment plan, your initial 25% deposit will be forfeited.

All sales are final, we do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are inspecting any photos or videos carefully, as well as reading the item description. If an item is faulty, please contact us via email at info@greenwardrobe.com.au.

You can now shop in person at our showroom in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. This is by-appointment only. Please click here to book a showroom appointment.

When you book, let us know if there are any particular items on the website you would like to see in person. We cannot hold items that are live on the website but we will have them ready for your appointment if they are available.

If you are consigning items and are based in Brisbane, you can drop off your items to our showroom.

You may collect from our showroom in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Simply select this option at the checkout!

You will be sent contact information and the address once your order is processed.
