Consign with Us

Rates are tiered based on the final listing price of each item — the more valuable your piece, the higher your share.

We price every piece using thorough market research, its condition, and current trends, so it's priced to be both competitive and realistic enough to actually sell.

For items under $1,000, we do ask that you trust us with the pricing — our team sets the price based on what we know will sell, so we'd only encourage you to consign if you're comfortable with that.

For higher-value pieces ($1,000+), we're happy to discuss pricing — just let us know your expectations at the time of booking so we're aligned from the start.

Please note there may be a short waiting period depending on current bookings.

Once your items arrive, we assess the condition and price each piece individually, then send you a catalogue by email so you know exactly what's coming. Your pieces go straight into our showroom and are uploaded progressively across our weekly edits until everything's listed.

If something hasn't sold, we'll reduce the price with your approval during our price reduction sale, which runs every 6–8 weeks. If it still doesn't sell after that, you're welcome to collect it, or we can post it back to you at your expense.

All items must be authentic, and we take this seriously. Please include a receipt, dust bag, box, and authenticity card where you can — it helps us move faster and keeps your fee as low as possible.

If you can't provide an original receipt, we'll authenticate the piece ourselves: handbags through Entrupy, and other accessories through Luxury Authentication Australia. Even if you already hold a certificate from another provider, we still carry out our own authentication and the relevant fee applies, to protect both you and our buyers.

Authentication fees are deducted from your next payment. Hermès premium authentications require payment upfront.

Please only consign items you're genuinely ready to sell — if you're still undecided, it's best to hold onto it for now. While an item is with us, we ask that it isn't listed anywhere else.

Clothing should be in excellent condition:

• ✓ Inspect each piece in natural light
• ✓ Check it thoroughly
• ✓ Disclose any flaws or alterations
• ✓ Have it dry-cleaned before your booking

Pay particularly close attention to:

• ✓ Neckline (inside and out)
• ✓ Inside the crotch on pants, shorts and jumpsuits
• ✓ Underarms
• ✓ Hemline
• ✓ Zippers
• ✓ Buttons
• ✓ Care labels
• ✓ Odours

If an item arrives and isn't as described, we'll need to exclude it, and you'll be responsible for collecting it or covering return postage.

You can get your items to us a few ways: drop them off in person at our Fortitude Valley showroom, ship them to us, or book complimentary collection within Brisbane if you have 20+ items.

Please note that delivery to us is at your own risk, and postage and insurance both ways are covered by you.

Because we're selective about what goes into our edits, being on the list doesn't guarantee every piece from that brand will be right for us. We assess each item individually, and if something isn't quite the fit this time, it's genuinely nothing personal — it comes down to what's working best for our customers right now.

You'll be paid weekly, every Tuesday, via bank transfer, with a remittance advice emailed to you outlining what's sold. Want more detail at any time? Just ask and we'll send you a full summary of your sales.
